You must be at least 18 years of age to purchase wine from our website or use our services. By placing an order, you confirm that you are of legal drinking age in your country of residence. We reserve the right to request age verification at any point during the ordering or delivery process.
All wines listed on our website are subject to availability. We make every effort to ensure that product descriptions, tasting notes, and other details are accurate to the best of our knowledge. However, vintages may vary from those depicted, and we reserve the right to substitute a vintage of equal or greater quality if the listed vintage is no longer available. We will notify you of any substitutions before dispatch.
All prices displayed on our website are in Euros (EUR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Delivery charges are additional and will be displayed during the checkout process. Prices are subject to change without notice, but any changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed.
When you place an order through our website, you will receive an order confirmation by email. Please note that this confirmation acknowledges receipt of your order and does not constitute acceptance. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including stock availability, pricing errors, or suspected fraudulent activity. Full payment is required before any order is dispatched.
We use specialist wine carriers to ensure your wines are transported safely and at the appropriate temperature. Delivery times provided at checkout are estimates and are not guaranteed. A signature is required upon delivery. Risk of loss or damage to the goods passes to you upon delivery. If you are unavailable to accept delivery, the carrier will follow their standard re-delivery procedures.
You have a 14-day cooling-off period from the date of delivery during which you may return faulty or incorrectly supplied goods. To be eligible for a return, wine must be unopened, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received. Please contact us at [email protected] to arrange a return. Refunds for eligible returns will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.
En primeur purchases represent a commitment to buy wine that is still maturing in the barrel. These purchases are non-refundable once confirmed. Delivery timescales for en primeur wines are estimates and typically range from 18 to 24 months from the date of purchase. Storage at a bonded warehouse is available upon request and may incur additional charges. We will notify you when your en primeur wines are ready for delivery or collection.
